Your technology has unexpectedly broken down on the construction site and time is running out? In that case, chances are good that we can be of assistance.
We can diagnose the fault remotely over the phone and, in most cases, rectify it directly on site – before the show comes to an inconvenient standstill.
If you have more time for a repair, you can bring or send your defective moving light, console or LED module to us and we will take care of the fault diagnosis and rectification in our workshop in Dortmund. We will then quickly send your event tech back to you fully repaired.
